DynaGirl’s doodles

11 May

I have a hard time throwing away any of DynaGirl’s school papers because there are always hidden treasures on the back:

The other day I rescued one she’d been using for a bookmark from a library book right before we were going to return it. DynaGirl thought it would be funny to leave it for the next person who checked out the book, but I didn’t want to part with it. I think she’s decided that might be her new thing, though—a DynaGirl calling card in random library books.  Wouldn’t that just make your day?

    LOVE the doodle.

I like leaving things in library books. And my shopping list in shopping carts.

Love the picture. Afro, angry turtle on a lease – it just works! I truly love finding stuff in library books – receipts, shopping lists, doodles – it makes my day!

That. Is. Awesome. I would be thrilled to find that in a library book!

I can understand not wanting to part with it, but it is sad that the next library patron will be deprived of such awesomeness. I want a DynaGirl original in my library book!

I can see a real upswing in local library use with the addition of DynaGirl calling cards. Especially if they are signed as DynaGirl.
This drawing is so rad, I mean who thinks of a dude with an Afro walking a turtle? Who I ask? Who?! Rad.
